PGIMS Rohtak has officially announced the Physical Document Verification Schedule (Round 1) for admission to Nursing, Physiotherapy and Paramedical Courses for the academic year 2025–26.
All candidates who have been provisionally allotted seats and have paid their tuition fee successfully through the admission portal must appear in person for verification with their original documents. The verification will take place at the Committee Room, Office of the Director, PGIMS Rohtak between 28th and 31st October 2025.

Candidates must bring all the required original certificates otherwise their admission will be cancelled. The last date to join the allotted institute is 31st October 2025 (up to 5:00 PM). Students are advised to check their emails, SMS, and the official website for the latest updates and notices.

7. Resident Certificate issued by the competent authority of Haryana Government.
8. Caste Certificate for SC, BC, or EWS categories as per Haryana Government rules.
9. Non-Creamy Layer Certificate for BC-A and BC-B category candidates (issued after 01.04.2025).
10. Certificate of Disability (if applicable).

• 50% of the seats will be filled under State Quota seats
• Remaining 50% of seats will be filled under the Management Category. Out of 50% of Management Category seats, 15% seats will be in the Non-Resident Indian (NRI) Category.
• 5% of State Quota seats shall be reserved for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities.
